What we repair on the bench.

Steam recovery falling behind during a crowd. When pressure drops and stays low after a few milk drinks, the element may have lost output, scale may be insulating it, or the pressure control may be switching too late. We run a long steam test and replace the part that lags.
Pump run dry after the tank emptied mid-party. Running a vibration pump with no water overheats its coil and wears its piston. Afterwards it may buzz with weak flow. We measure pump output at the group and replace the pump if it no longer reaches pressure.
Drip tray overflowing into the cabinetry. A tray that fills during a busy evening spills over the back, and water runs under the machine into the counter or cabinet. We check the tray seating and the valves that drain into it, since a valve dumping extra water fills the tray sooner.
