Seized vibration pump after months without use. Water left in a pump can dry into deposits that lock it. The pump hums but moves nothing. We try to free it, test its output, and replace it if the flow does not come back to normal.
Dried seals leaking on first heat-up. Seals that sat dry for months shrink and crack. The first time the boiler builds pressure, water shows up at the valves and fittings. We replace the tired seals and pressure test the machine.
Moldy or scaled water tank and hoses. Water left in a tank grows film and deposits, and bits of it get pulled into the pump. We clean or replace the tank hoses and intake filter and flush the whole water path before testing.
