How quickly can you come out?
Most calls inside the Tri-Valley get a same-day or next-day slot. Mid-Peninsula and South Bay are typically next-day. Commercial ice machine emergencies on a Friday night go to the after-hours line and we work the dispatch from there.
Do you handle after-hours emergencies?
For commercial refrigeration and commercial ice, yes. Bar back-bar fridges going warm during service or an ice machine down during a Friday rush is what the after-hours line is for. Residential after-hours we book at the dispatcher's discretion based on the issue.
What payment methods do you take?
Card, check, ACH, and HouseCall Pro online checkout. Invoice goes out the same day we close the job. No cash-only catch.
