Commercial refrigerator repair for working kitchens

The diagnostic visit is $99 total, including additional units checked during the same visit. It is credited toward a completed repair. We identify the fault, then quote the proposed parts and labor in writing before work starts.

Describe what changed

When a box will not hold temperature, give us the model, the displayed setting and any separate temperature readings. Tell us whether the problem is constant, appears during service, or follows a defrost cycle. For water on the floor, describe where it appears and whether nearby equipment is also leaking.

A symptom can have more than one cause. Ice on an evaporator can come from the defrost, the door or the airflow, so we trace it on site before we quote.

Equipment-specific service

The technician uses the model and refrigerant identification to plan the work. Our credentials include EPA Section 608 Universal certification and HC(A3)/HFO(A2L) refrigerant safety training.

For older equipment, compare the written repair proposal with the condition of the cabinet, prior work and the replacement option. We confirm parts availability and repair timing after diagnosis.

Maintenance based on equipment and conditions

A maintenance request should identify each unit and its last service date. The scope may include condenser cleaning, door-seal inspection, drainage checks or draft-system checks, as appropriate to the equipment. We confirm the tasks, schedule and price for the actual units; a fixed interval does not fit every operating environment.
