What we repair on the bench.

Hardened hoses and flattened seals throughout. After years of heat, silicone hoses and seals lose their spring and start to weep at the joints. We replace the hoses, clamps, valve seals and group gasket together, then run the machine hot and check every joint.
Older controller or timer that has failed. Electronics age faster than the metal around them. When an older controller fails, we test it, check whether a replacement is still available for your model, and quote the option that fits. If the part is no longer made, the quote says so up front.
Pump worn after years of daily shots. An older vibration pump loses pressure slowly, and shots run faster than the grind suggests. We measure pump pressure at the group and replace the pump when it falls short. On a rotary pump we check the motor and the pump head separately.
