What we repair on the bench.

Hiss or steam from the top after warm-up. The vacuum breaker lets air out while the boiler heats and should seal once steam pressure builds. Scale or a worn seal holds it open, so the machine hisses and loses water into its own case. We replace the valve or its seal and confirm it closes cleanly on every heat-up.
Safety valve venting steam. The safety valve opens when boiler pressure climbs past its limit. The valve is doing its job, and the real fault is upstream: a pressure switch or controller that keeps heating. Switch the machine off and unplug it. We find the control fault and replace the safety valve if it no longer reseats.
Hot water tap that drips or spits. Worn seals in the hot water valve let the tap drip between uses or spit steam when opened. A constant drip also drains the boiler and forces extra refills. We rebuild the valve and check that the tap runs clean water without sputtering.
