With the case open we look for heat-browned wire and loose spade connectors and follow the fault to its part. You get the finding and a written quote together, and the repair starts once you approve.

What we repair on the bench.

Machine that cuts out after running a while. A weak connection at the element or the pressure control heats up under load until it loses contact, then works again once it cools. A failing thermal cutout acts the same way. We run the machine until it drops out, find the hot spot, and replace the connector, lead or cutout involved.
Heat-darkened wiring inside the case. Leads near the boilers stiffen and darken after years of heat, more so in a closed cabinet. Brittle insulation can crack and short against the frame. We replace the affected leads with heat-rated wire and new terminals while the case is open.
Safety valve venting steam. When the boiler relief valve opens, the pressure control has let the boiler climb too far. Stop using the machine. We test the pressure switch or controller, replace whatever failed, and fit a new relief valve if the old one no longer seals.
