How do you carry a heavy machine down a long driveway?

By hand to the vehicle, cold and empty, with the portafilter and loose parts bagged separately. If the vehicle cannot reach the house, tell us how far the walk is so we bring a cart.

Gate codes and long driveways are normal here, so share access details when you book. On our bench we run the machine through a long session, much like a party, and the written quote follows.

Steam pressure collapsing after a few pitchers. When the boiler cannot keep up, steam fades and milk takes longer to texture. A weak element, scale on it, or a pressure switch set low all stretch recovery. We steam pitcher after pitcher on the bench and fix whichever part falls behind.
Overflow water getting under the drip tray. A tray that overflows during a long session sends water under the tray and into the base, where it can reach the frame and wiring. We dry and inspect the base, replace anything damaged, and check that the tray seats properly.
Group gasket failing after a day of back-to-back shots. Hours of continuous heat soften and then harden the gasket, and it can start leaking the following week. We replace the gasket and shower screen and check the group for scale before the next gathering.
