A written quote lists what needs replacing, and we start only when you approve.

- Group gasket gone hard and cracked early. A gasket held at brewing temperature for long days loses its spring years sooner than one that cools overnight. It stops sealing, and water sprays at the rim. We replace the gasket and shower screen and clean the seat so the new gasket lasts.
- Pitted contacts on the pressure switch or relay. Every heating cycle opens and closes a set of contacts. A machine left on all day cycles far more often, and the contacts pit until the heat turns erratic or sticks on. We replace the switch or relay and check the wiring it feeds.
- Heat-stiffened wiring and connectors around the boiler. Insulation near the boiler bakes over long heat hours, turns stiff, and can crack as soon as the panels come off. We replace heat-damaged wires and connectors with heat-rated parts and route each one clear of the boiler.
