Only the planning. We need to know if the service elevator must be reserved and where to load. A Rocket is heavy, so a clear path from the elevator to your kitchen helps.

Should a dual-boiler Rocket stay on all day?

Use the machine's timer or standby setting if it has one, rather than heating around the clock. Fewer hours at temperature mean less wear on the elements and relays. Switch it on early enough for both boilers to settle before the first shot.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew temperature that disagrees with the display. A drifting sensor, or a connector with corrosion on its pins, feeds the controller a wrong reading. The machine then holds the wrong temperature with complete confidence. We compare both boilers with a reference, replace the sensor that drifts, and clean or replace the plug.
Steam boiler cold while the brew side works. When the brew boiler reaches temperature and the steam side stays cold, the fault sits in the steam circuit: its element, its relay, its safety cutout or its fill. We test each one in order, replace the part that fails, and run both boilers together through a long session.
Water spreading under the machine on a stone counter. A slow leak can run under the backsplash before anyone notices. Likely sources are an overfull drip tray, a loose hose clamp inside the case, or the reservoir seal. We find it with the case open and replace the failed part, not only the tray.
