We clean the tank and hoses, replace a fouled intake filter, and give you a simple routine for changing the water.
Vibration pump stopping after a run of shots. A vibration pump has a thermal cutout that opens when the coil gets too hot. Warm water from the reservoir and a long session in a hot room can push it there. We check pump temperature and output on the bench and replace a pump whose coil overheats.
Brittle hoses and seals inside the case. Silicone and rubber lines near the boiler age sooner when the room is already hot. They stiffen, crack at the clamps and start to weep. With the case open we inspect every line, replace the hardened ones, and pressure-test the machine before it goes home.
