What we repair on the bench.

Drip tray overflowing onto the counter. A drip tray fills faster when the expansion valve or the group valve lets water through all the time. We find where the extra water comes from, fix that valve, and check the tray itself for cracks at the corners.
Water tank seeping at a seam or fitting. Plastic tanks can crack at the corners and around the outlet fitting, often after a knock on the way out for a refill. The seep is slow and easy to miss until the counter under the machine stays damp. We test the tank full on the bench and replace it or its fitting.
Leak at the base of the boiler. Where the element or a probe passes into the boiler, a gasket seals the joint. Heat and scale work on that gasket until it weeps. We open the case, find the joint, replace the gasket, and check the boiler around it for scale that would spoil the new seal.
