Group gasket and screen worn out by shared use. A machine pulling shots all day for an office wears its group gasket and shower screen well ahead of the calendar. Leaks at the rim and uneven extraction follow. We replace both, clean the group, and suggest a replacement interval that fits the workload.
Steam valve weeping from dozens of daily openings. Each opening and closing of the steam knob wears the valve seal, and many hands close it with very different force. We rebuild the valve, check the seat, and leave it closing with an easy turn.
Drip tray and drain area caked with old coffee. In a shared kitchen the drip tray gets emptied late and cleaned rarely. Grounds wash into the drain outlet under the group and can back up. We clean the tray, grill and drain path, and check the group valve for grounds that reached it.
