Flow drops, the pump strains, and shots start to run thin. We clean or replace the filter, flush the lines, and check the pump for wear before the machine goes home.
Rotary pump worn early by gritty water. Fine grit scores the vanes and housing inside a rotary pump. It starts out quiet, grows louder, and loses pressure. We test output against a gauge, rebuild or replace the pump head, and suggest a sediment filter on the supply if the water calls for one.
Controller fault after the power came back. A surge as power returns can upset the control electronics. A fault code, a blank display or a machine that will not heat may follow. We check the controller, its sensor and the relays, and replace only what tests bad.
