What we repair on the bench.

Group head that runs cool on a heat exchanger machine. When scale narrows the restrictor in the group loop, less hot water circulates. The group cools, shots turn sour, and a longer warm-up no longer helps. We take the loop apart, clear or replace the restrictor, flush the tubes, and measure group temperature again once the machine has fully heated.
Vibration pump that hums but pushes no water. After a machine has been drained or left unused, the pump can lose its prime, or scale can hold its piston still. It hums, the gauge barely moves, and nothing reaches the group. We check the intake line for air, free or replace the pump, and read pressure at the group with a test gauge before return.
Steam pressure that sags on the second milk drink. Brewing and steaming share one boiler on a heat exchanger machine, so some drop during back-to-back drinks is expected. A boiler that falls far below its usual pressure and recovers slowly is another story: an element losing output, a pressure switch cutting in late, or scale on the element. We measure each and replace the one that has changed.
