What we repair on the bench.

Descaling and brew-unit maintenance. These are the recurring jobs that keep a Jura alive. On a plumbed line scale builds steady, so we descale the thermoblock and service the brew unit before either one quits during a downtown rush.
Brew unit gaskets and seals. Cafe-grade volume on Locust Street wears the brew unit gaskets. We rebuild the unit, swap seals, and clear a GIGA X8 that's leaking inside or refusing to cycle.
Ceramic grinder and dose. When shots go inconsistent, the ceramic burrs are usually worn or clogged. We clean or replace the grinder and reset the grind so the cup is steady again.
Control board and electronics. Error codes, dead panels, or a machine that won't power through a cycle can be the control board. We diagnose the electronics, and water filtration recommendations come with it since scale drives most of the failures here.
