What we repair on the bench.
- GIGA brew unit service. A GIGA X8 Professional pushing hundreds of cups a day wears the brew unit and seals quickly. We rebuild or replace the unit and reset the maintenance counters before it leaks.
- Ceramic grinder under heavy load. On a high-volume office machine the ceramic burrs flatten and the grind drifts coarse, so output drops mid-day. We replace the burrs and dial the grind back to spec.
- Milk system rebuild. Lattes all day clog the milk system with protein and the foam goes flat or stops. We strip and rebuild the milk path and set a cleaning routine the office can run.
- Descaling and flow meter. Scale fouls the flow meter and thermoblock, throwing off shot volume and temperature. We descale, verify the flow meter reading, and recommend filtration for the plumbed line.
