Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit wear. A WE8 in a busy office wears its brew-unit seals and starts leaking or jamming mid-cycle. We rebuild with fresh gaskets or swap the unit and reset the counters.
Descaling and water filtration. Scale from the plumbed line clogs the thermoblock and slows the brew. We descale fully and set up filtration so a retail cafe is not back in a month with the same fault.
Ceramic valves and drainage. Grounds and scale block the ceramic valves and drain, leaving water in the tray or a cycle that will not finish. We clear the valve and drainage path and test the flow.
Control board faults. An X8 that throws errors or quits mid-cup often has a board or sensor fault. We diagnose the board, source the right part for the machine, and verify the fix.
