We are close. San Ramon to Alamo is roughly a 15 to 20 minute drive down 680, so this is close to home base for us. That means tight scheduling and quick callbacks when a machine quits mid-week.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit maintenance. Office Juras get skipped on maintenance until they jam. We pull and rebuild the brew unit, reseal the gaskets, and get the puck ejecting clean again.
Descaling and water filtration. Hard water scales the thermoblock and ceramic valves over time. We descale and set up a filter so the office is not calling us back every few months.
Ceramic grinder reset. Dull ceramic burrs and a drifted grind make weak coffee. We replace burrs and dial the grind back in on WE8 and X-line machines.
Drainage and ceramic valves. Slow drainage or a wet drip tray usually means a ceramic valve is worn. We test the drainage path and replace the valve that is leaking.
