Blackhawk is a gated community with its commercial life at Blackhawk Plaza off Camino Tassajara, where the restaurants, the club, and the shops run their Juras hard. Most machines here are high-end X8, WE8, and GIGA units in restaurant service and office suites. ZIP is 94506.

We are next door. San Ramon to Blackhawk is about 15 to 20 minutes up Camino Tassajara, so this is home turf. Quick to get out, quick to follow up if anything needs a second look.

$175 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit and gaskets. Restaurant-volume Juras at the Plaza wear the brew unit and seals. We rebuild it with fresh gaskets so it brews clean through dinner service.
Milk system rebuild. The milk system on WE8 and GIGA machines clogs and sours without proper cleaning. We strip and rebuild the milk path to bring back the foam.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Worn burrs drift the grind and weaken the shot. We replace ceramic burrs and reset the grind on X and GIGA units.
Descaling and thermoblock. Scale in the thermoblock heater drops brew temperature. We descale, check ceramic valves, and recommend a filter on the plumbed line.
