What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit worn out by office volume. Heavy daily use hardens the brew unit's gaskets and wears its piston seals. Coffee leaks past, extraction drops, and the puck comes out soggy. We rebuild the unit with new seals and wear parts, or replace it when the housing is cracked, then reset the service counter.
Ceramic valve stuck between functions. The ceramic valve decides whether water goes to coffee, hot water or rinse. When grit or wear keeps it from switching cleanly, hot water shows up at the coffee spout or the rinse never runs. We replace the valve and test every program on the machine before it leaves the bench.
Descale program that will not finish. A descale cycle that stops partway, or comes back again right after it ends, points at a blocked path or a valve that does not open fully. We clear the restriction, run a complete descale, and confirm the prompt resets the way it should.
