What we close on the truck.

Brew unit wear and gasket replacement. The brew unit is the first thing to wear out on a Jura, more than any other part. We pull it apart, replace the worn gaskets and seals, and clean the piston so grounds stop leaking into the drip tray.
Descaling and thermoblock service. Hard water builds scale on the thermoblock heater fast, and brew temperature drops as it does. We descale the heater and the whole water path and inspect the ceramic valves at the same time.
Ceramic grinder burr service. The grinder on a Jura runs ceramic burrs, and a coarse grind or a straining motor usually means bean oil has built up around them. We clear it out, inspect the burrs, and reset the grind to pull a proper shot.
Flow meter and pump faults. If a Jura under-fills the cup or throws a water error, check the flow meter for a clog or the pump for lost pressure first. We test both, clear the scale out of the flow path, and replace the pump if it cannot hold pressure.
