What we repair on the bench.

Brew-unit service on a WE8 or X8. Lower-volume machines still dry out seals between rushes. We service the brew unit, replace gaskets, and clean the puck path so it stops leaking into the tray.
Descaling and ceramic valves. Scale collects in the thermoblock and ceramic valves regardless of cup count. We descale, replace stuck valves, and recommend a filter for the plumbed line.
Grinder burrs and dose. When a Piedmont Avenue cafe's shots go thin or bitter, worn ceramic burrs are usually behind it. We replace the grinder and recalibrate the dose.
Drainage and drip-tray faults. Water pooling under the machine or a no-dispense fault often traces to the drain path or flow meter. We clear the drainage and swap the failed part.
