What we repair on the bench.

Milk system clogged with dried residue. When the milk cleaning gets skipped on a warm day, milk dries inside the tubing and the frother head. We take the milk path apart, clean or replace the tubing, seals and frother parts, and run the milk cleaning program to confirm steady foam.
Lukewarm coffee from a sensor, not the heater. A lukewarm cup can come from the heater, but also from a failing temperature sensor that tells the board the water is hotter than it is. We measure both, replace the one that reads out of range, and check brew temperature at the spout afterward.
Pump running with no water reaching the cup. If the pump runs but nothing arrives, air in the line, a poorly seated tank or a stuck valve can be the cause before the pump is. We check the water path first and replace the pump only when it cannot build pressure on its own.
