High-volume brew unit rebuild. A biotech break room machine running two or three shifts wears the brew unit faster than a normal office would. I rebuild the unit, replace the seals, and reset the brew counter so it does not throw a service fault mid-shift.
Descaling under heavy cup count. At this cup count the thermoblock and internal valves scale up in months, not years. I descale the full circuit, check the boiler heat-up time, and set up a shorter filter change interval so the front desk stops chasing error codes.
Milk system and frother clogs. Break rooms pouring lattes and cappuccinos all day clog the milk line and frother nozzle with dried residue. I strip the milk system, clear the lines, and run a cleaning cycle so steamed milk comes out right instead of sputtering.
