Moraga is smaller and quieter, built around the Rheem Valley and Moraga Center shopping districts, 94556, plus the Saint Mary's College campus. The cafes and the campus dining side run Jura super-automatics, and there are plenty of home-office and small-office machines tucked into the hills here too.

We are right next door in San Ramon, about a 20 to 25 minute drive over through Lafayette. We service Jura independently, CSLB #1136642 for the electrical and water-line work.

$175 pickup deposit. Pickup, bench diagnosis, and return are included. Repair work is quoted separately. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. Repair parts are covered for 6 months; consumables are covered for 90 days.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit wear and gaskets. Lower-volume Moraga machines still wear the brew unit over time, just slower. We rebuild or replace the unit on WE8 and X-line machines and reseat the gaskets.
Descaling for hard-water lines. Lamorinda water leaves scale in the thermoblock and ceramic valves. We do a full descale, check the heater, and fit filtration so a cafe or campus machine stays consistent.
Ceramic valves and drainage. Grounds and scale clog the ceramic valve and drain path, causing puddles and weak flow. We pull the valve, clean the assembly, and clear the drainage.
Ceramic grinder and dose. When the cup goes thin or the grinder labors, the ceramic burrs need attention. We clear and inspect the grinder, then reset grind and dose.
