High-volume brew-unit rebuilds. A GIGA X8 Professional in a tech break room runs nonstop. We rebuild the brew unit, replace worn gaskets, and reset it so it keeps up with campus demand.
Ceramic grinder replacement. Heavy daily volume wears ceramic burrs faster than anywhere. When grind quality drops or the dose wanders, we swap the grinder and recalibrate.
Descaling and water filtration. Plumbed machines on Peninsula water scale up in the thermoblock and valves. We descale and set up filtration matched to your cup count so failures stay rare.
Control board and electronics. Error codes that lock out a machine often sit in the control board or sensors. Licensed under CSLB #1136642, we handle the electronics and water-line side and replace the board when it's the fault.
