Brew unit wear. A single machine covering an entire shop's rush grinds through the brew-unit gaskets faster than a light-use setup ever would. We rebuild the unit and reseal it so it stops leaking and jamming during the morning line.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Daily grinding on a one-machine setup wears the ceramic burrs down steadily, since there's no second machine splitting the load. We swap the burrs and reset the grind on WE8 and X-line machines so shots stay consistent.
Pump and flow meter. Weak pressure or an off pour volume traces back to a tired pump or a fouled flow meter. We test both under load and replace whichever one is actually out of spec.
