Brew unit rebuild. Whether it is a GIGA in a cafe or an X8 in an office, the brew unit seals wear and the machine leaks or jams. We rebuild or replace the unit and reset the count.
Descaling for idle and busy machines. A machine that sits scales up just like a busy one. We descale the thermoblock and lines, check flow, and recommend filtration on the plumbed feed.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Restaurant and cafe volume flattens the ceramic burrs and the grind drifts. We replace the burrs and reset the grind so shots come back to spec.
Milk system and drainage. Milk drinks clog the milk path and the drain backs up. We rebuild the milk system, clear the drainage and ceramic valves, and set a cleaning routine.
