Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit wear and gaskets. On a busy WE8 or X8 the brew unit seals harden and the unit starts leaking into the drip tray. We rebuild it with fresh gaskets or swap the unit and reset the count.
Descaling and thermoblock. Hard Concord tap water scales the thermoblock heater and slows the brew. We run a full descale, check flow, and talk through a water filter so it does not come back in a month.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Jura's ceramic grinder holds an edge but wears flat under cafe volume, so the dose drops and shots run weak. We regrind or replace the burrs and reset the grind.
Drainage and ceramic valves. Ceramic valves and the drain line gum up with grounds and scale, leaving water in the tray or a machine that will not finish a cycle. We clear the valve and drainage path and test it.
