From San Ramon it is roughly a 40 to 50 minute drive down I-680. San Jose's water is hard enough that descaling drives most of the failures we see, so we push water filtration on plumbed Jura installs to cut the repeat calls.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- GIGA and X-line brew-unit rebuilds. High-volume GIGA X8 and X10 machines in offices cycle the brew unit constantly. We rebuild it, replace worn gaskets, and reset brew pressure before pucks start sticking.
- Descaling and pump service. Scale from San Jose water chokes the pump and thermoblock. We descale the full circuit, test pump output, and recommend an inline filter so the boiler stays clean longer.
- Ceramic grinder and dosing. When shots run weak or the grinder grinds loud, the ceramic burrs are usually worn or packed. We service the grinder and recalibrate dose for steady output.
- Control board and flow meter faults. Error codes and stalled cycles on a WE8 or X8 often come back to the flow meter or control board. We test the board, check the meter, and replace what the diagnostic points to.
