Brew unit and gaskets. Lunch-rush volume wears brew-unit gaskets on X8 and GIGA machines. We rebuild the unit and reseal it so it stops jamming and dripping during service.
Thermoblock descaling. Pleasant Hill water scales the heater and lines. We descale the thermoblock, confirm heat-up, and set up filtration so the buildup doesn't return fast.
Pump and flow meter. No water or weak flow through the group points at the pump or flow meter. We test pressure and replace the failed component to get the pour back.
Ceramic grinder burrs. When grind drifts coarse or the dose changes on its own, worn burrs are the cause. We replace the ceramic grinder and recalibrate.
