From San Ramon we're roughly 30 to 40 minutes out via the 680 to 880. We handle the full 94587 footprint, restaurants, offices, and the light-cafe accounts in the retail centers. CSLB #1136642 covers the electrical and water-line side of these boiler machines.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit rebuild. Restaurant volume in Union City is hard on the brew unit. We rebuild worn units, replace gaskets, and fix the X10 or GIGA X3 that's clicking or stalling between cups.
Descaling and water filtration. These run off a plumbed line and East Bay water leaves scale fast. We descale the thermoblock, set up or swap a water filter, and head off the next failure before it stops service.
Pump and flow meter. Weak pressure or shots that won't dose right usually point at the pump or flow meter. We test both, replace what's failing, and get the volume back to spec on a busy counter machine.
Ceramic grinder burrs. When grind drifts and shots go sour or watery, the ceramic burrs are worn or fouled. We clean or replace the grinder and recalibrate the dose.
