What we repair on the bench.
- High-volume brew-unit rebuilds. Tech-office GIGA and X-line machines cycle constantly. We rebuild the brew unit, swap gaskets, and reset brew pressure so the unit keeps up with heavy daily counts.
- Descaling and thermoblock service. Scale builds fast on plumbed Santa Clara machines. We descale the circuit, check the thermoblock heater, and recommend an inline filter to slow the buildup.
- Ceramic grinder and milk system. Worn ceramic burrs and a clogged milk system kill drink quality on office machines. We service the grinder, clean the milk path, and recalibrate dose.
