We come over the hill from San Ramon in about 20 to 25 minutes, so Orinda is an easy run for us.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew-unit maintenance for a WE8 or X8. A machine that pours hard mornings then idles tends to dry out gaskets. We service the brew unit, replace seals, and free up sticky movement so it stops grinding and dumping.
Descaling on Orinda water. Scale builds in the thermoblock and lines whether the machine is busy or not. We descale, verify heat-up, and recommend filtration sized to your volume.
Pump and flow meter. Weak flow or no water through the group usually points at the pump or flow meter. We test pressure, replace the failed part, and confirm a clean pour.
Milk system cleaning and parts. Office and club machines that froth all day clog the milk system. We strip and clean it, replace worn lines and connectors, and dial the foam back in.
