We work out of San Ramon, about 35 to 45 minutes to Sunnyvale depending on the 680 and 880. We cover 94085, 94086, and 94087, offices and light cafes alike. Licensed CSLB #1136642 for the electrical and water-line work these plumbed machines need.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit wear and gaskets. The brew unit is the part that takes the beating in a high-volume office. We rebuild it, swap worn gaskets, and free up a unit that's grinding or refusing to cycle on an X8 or WE8.
Ceramic grinder service. Sunnyvale's bean volume wears burrs over time. We check grind consistency, clean or replace the ceramic grinder, and reset the dose so shots stop running thin or choked.
Descaling and thermoblock heat. These machines run on a plumbed line, so local scale is the number one killer. We descale the thermoblock, clear flow restrictions, and talk water filtration so it doesn't come back in a month.
Drainage and ceramic valves. Leaks at the base or a machine that won't drain usually trace to the ceramic valve or drain path. We pull it, clean or replace the valve, and check the flow meter while we're in there.
