What we repair on the bench.
- Frozen display or buttons that do nothing. A display that locks up or a button that never registers can be the board, the keypad, or a loose ribbon connector. We check the wiring and each input, reseat or replace connectors, and only condemn the control board when the fault stays with it.
- Tray or grounds message that will not clear. The machine relies on a small contact to know the drip tray and grounds container are seated. When that contact gets gummed with coffee or wears out, the message stays up with everything in place. We clean or replace the contact and confirm the machine reads the tray correctly again.
- Plumbed machine that cannot draw water. On a plumbed Jura, a water message with the supply turned on points at the inlet side. A kinked hose, a clogged inlet screen or a connector cracked at the fitting can starve the pump. We check the supply path from the connection forward, clear or replace the part, and test for steady flow.
