Brew unit rebuild, high cup count. Campus break-room Jura machines push big volume, so the brew unit gaskets and seals go first. We rebuild the unit on X-line and GIGA Professional machines and reset the brew action.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Dull ceramic burrs drop the dose and slow the shot. We clear jams, inspect the grinder, and dial grind back to your beans so the cup is right again.
Pump and flow meter. Weak pressure and stalled brews usually mean the pump or flow meter. We test both, replace what is failing, and confirm steady flow through the group.
Descaling and water filtration. South Bay water scales the thermoblock heater fast at this volume. We descale, fit or service filtration on the plumbed line, and set a maintenance interval.
