What we repair on the bench.

Brew-unit service for restaurant counters. Village restaurant WE8 and X8 machines run hard through dinner service. We rebuild the brew unit, replace worn gaskets, and reset the cycle for clean shots.
Descaling and thermoblock heater. Saratoga water leaves scale in the boiler and ceramic valves. We descale the full circuit, verify the heater, and add an inline filter to slow the next buildup.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Worn ceramic burrs make grind uneven and shots thin. We pull the grinder, clean or replace the burrs, and recalibrate dose for consistent quality.
Drainage and ceramic valve faults. Pooling water or weak flow on a counter machine traces to the ceramic valve or a clogged drain. We clear it, test the flow meter, and confirm the tray drains right.
