We are based in San Ramon, about a 30 minute drive up I-680 to downtown Martinez. We service Jura as an independent shop, CSLB #1136642 for the electrical and water-line work.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit wear and gaskets. The brew unit is the part that cycles every shot, so seals and gaskets wear first. We rebuild or swap the unit on the X8, WE8, and GIGA Professional lines and reset the brew action.
Descaling and thermoblock heating. Martinez tap water leaves scale in the thermoblock heater and lines. We do a full descale, check heat-up, and set you up with proper water filtration so it does not come back in a month.
Ceramic grinder burrs. Jura runs a ceramic grinder, and dull or jammed burrs throw off dose and grind. We clear it, check the grinder, and reset grind settings to your beans.
Drainage and ceramic valves. Ceramic valves and the drainage path clog with grounds and scale, which causes weak flow and puddling. We pull and clean the valve assembly and check the flow meter and pump.
