Brew unit wear and gaskets. The brew unit is the part that cycles every shot, so seals and gaskets wear first on a busy WE8 or X8. We rebuild the unit, swap worn gaskets, and reset the brew action so pucks eject clean.
Descaling and thermoblock service. Richmond water scales the thermoblock and ceramic valves quick. We run a full descale, check the heater, and flag where a water filter on the line would slow the buildup.
