A handful of the sit-down restaurants and coffee counters along those two strips run a WE8 or a GIGA X8 behind the espresso station.

Being based here means I am not crossing the bridge every time a B Street cafe calls with a brewing problem. The Peninsula water is hard enough that descaling and brew unit work still make up most of the calls, same as anywhere else on this side of the bay.
