- Brew unit service for high-volume offices. Office Jura machines on Sand Hill see hundreds of cups a day, so the brew unit and its gaskets wear fast. We rebuild the unit on GIGA Professional and X-line machines and reset the cycle.
- Milk system and flow. Latte and cappuccino orders run the milk system hard. We clean and service the milk path, check the flow meter, and fix weak or inconsistent froth.
- Descaling and water filtration. These machines sit on a plumbed line, so peninsula water quality drives scale in the thermoblock. We descale, set filtration, and put the machine on a maintenance interval to match cup volume.
- Control boards and flow meter. Error codes and dead displays usually trace to the board or a stuck flow meter. We diagnose the electronics, source the board for the specific line, and verify the brew sequence after.
