We service the office kitchens across Bishop Ranch, the cafes and restaurants at City Center Bishop Ranch, and the shops along Crow Canyon and Camino Ramon through 94583 and 94582. The Bishop Ranch corporate campuses favor GIGA Professional and X-line machines for volume break rooms.
Since we are based here, drive time is minutes, not a freeway run. We see plenty of descaling and brew-unit work on plumbed Jura installs, and we set up water filtration on the office machines so the boilers and valves stay clean between visits.

Common repairs we do
What we repair on the bench.
- GIGA Professional brew-unit rebuilds. Bishop Ranch break rooms run GIGA X8 and X10 machines hard. We rebuild the brew unit, replace gaskets, and reset brew action before high cycle counts cause jams.
- Descaling and water filtration setup. Plumbed office machines scale up steadily. We descale the full circuit, test the thermoblock, and install or service the inline filter to cut the repeat descaling.
- Ceramic grinder service. Worn ceramic burrs throw off dose and make shots weak. We service the grinder, clean or replace burrs, and recalibrate grind for consistent output across a busy office.
- Flow meter and control board faults. Stalled cycles and error codes on a WE8 or X-line trace to the flow meter or board. We test both and replace the failed part per the diagnostic.
