- Descaling and water filtration. These sit on a plumbed line, and local water scales the thermoblock at high volume. We descale, set or service filtration, and put the machine on an interval that matches cup count.
- Control boards and error codes. Lockouts and dead displays usually trace to the control board or a stuck flow meter. We diagnose the electronics, source the board by line, and verify the brew sequence after.
