Mountain View is heavy on office coffee. The North Bayshore tech campuses off Shoreline Boulevard, 94043, run Jura GIGA and X-line machines in volume, while downtown along Castro Street, 94041, the cafes and restaurants keep super-automatics going from open to close. The 94040 neighborhoods bring in smaller offices on the same hardware.

From San Ramon it is about a 45 to 55 minute drive down I-680 and across, so we book Mountain View visits in a confirmed window. We are an independent shop, not factory-authorized for Jura, and CSLB #1136642 covers the electrical and plumbed water-line side.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew unit service, campus volume. North Bayshore break-room machines run nonstop, so brew-unit seals and gaskets wear quickly. We rebuild the unit on GIGA Professional and X-line machines and reset the brew cycle.
Milk system for cafe drinks. Castro Street cafes push a lot of milk drinks, which loads the milk system. We service the milk path, check the flow meter, and fix weak or uneven froth.
Descaling and water filtration. These sit on a plumbed line, and local water scales the thermoblock at high volume. We descale, set or service filtration, and put the machine on an interval that matches cup count.
Control boards and error codes. Lockouts and dead displays usually trace to the control board or a stuck flow meter. We diagnose the electronics, source the board by line, and verify the brew sequence after.
