Walnut Creek has a dense cluster of specialty cafes around downtown, Locust Street, and the Broadway Plaza retail core, plus quieter neighborhood spots out toward Rossmoor in 94595. These are high-traffic, high-ticket rooms where a Slayer is part of the draw, so an off day on the machine is an off day on the till.

From San Ramon it is a short run, about 20 minutes up 680 into Walnut Creek, which makes this one of our closest service areas. We cover 94595, 94596, and 94597. The water here scales plumbed boilers and valves over time, so descaling and a good filter are usually part of keeping a Slayer healthy.

What we repair on the bench.

Needle valve rebuild for flow profiling. The brew needle valve drives Slayer's signature ramp, and scale buildup flattens it out. We clean or rebuild the needle valve and actuator so the profile behaves like it should.
Group seals and steam wand service. Leaking groups and weak Steam EP, LP, or X wands are common on busy downtown machines. We replace group gaskets and seals and service the steam side so milk drinks stay fast.
Boiler element, probe, and descaling. Heating faults and temperature swings usually trace to a scaled boiler, tired element, or fouled probe. We descale, test and replace as needed, and set up water filtration.
Brew and steam solenoids. A sticking solenoid shows up as no brew flow, a group that won't release, or dead steam. We test and replace the brew and steam solenoids and confirm clean cycling.
