These are lower-volume rooms than a downtown cafe, but they lean on the machine to look perfect every pull, so when the needle valve drifts the whole shop notices. We service Slayer Espresso and Single Group machines as an independent shop, with boutique parts sourced through Slayer.

From San Ramon it's roughly 55 minutes to an hour down 680 and across to Saratoga. We cover 95070. The water here is hard enough to scale a boiler over time, and a machine that sits quiet between rushes scales just the same, so descaling and a good filter matter even at lower volume.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew needle valve and actuator. Profiling has to be clean in a shop this particular. We strip scale from the needle valve seat and free the actuator so the ramp is exact again.
Descale and water filtration. A Slayer that sits between Big Basin Way rushes still scales. We descale the boiler and set up or service the filter to keep the valve and element clear.
Group seals and gaskets. Even a light-volume head wears its gaskets and starts to weep. We replace the group seals and reseat the head so it locks dry.
Boiler element and probe. Scale on the element and probe pushes boiler temp around. We descale, test the probe, and replace the element if it's reading open.
