Slayer in Cupertino
Slayer commercial service.
Cupertino runs a different kind of coffee scene. A lot of the Slayer machines we see sit in the office cafes and tech-campus coffee bars off Stevens Creek Boulevard and around the Main Street Cupertino blocks in 95014, plus the independent shops serving the De Anza crowd. These machines run hard through a long workday, so the wear shows up on the group and the pump.
From San Ramon it is about 45 to 55 minutes down 680 to 280 depending on traffic. We bring a written quote to the site before any work, and the $75 diagnostic is waived once you book the repair.
Common repairs we do
What we close on the truck.
- Pump and pressure. High-volume cafe bars wear the pump. When brew pressure sags or the machine runs loud, we test the pump and replace it so shots come back to spec.
- Needle valve flow profiling. If the pre-infusion ramp on a Slayer Espresso or Single Group goes flat, the needle valve and actuator need cleaning or a rebuild. We restore the flow profile the baristas built their menu on.
- Water filtration and descaling. Office and campus machines often run on basic filtration that lets scale through. We descale the boiler and brew path and set up filtration that fits the water.
- Boiler element and probe. When the machine won't hold temperature or throws a heat fault, the boiler element or the probe is usually the cause. We test both and replace what failed.

FAQ
Slayer in Cupertino questions, answered.
-
How long to reach Cupertino?
Plan on 45 to 55 minutes from San Ramon via 680 and 280. We schedule around your service hours and take after-hours calls, because a stalled bar costs a cafe every sale during the rush. -
Are parts in stock or ordered?
Common wear parts like gaskets, solenoids, and filter media we carry on the truck. Needle valve internals, boards, and other boutique parts come through Slayer, so we order those. -
What will it cost?
You get a written quote before any work starts, and the $75 diagnostic is waived when you go ahead with the repair.
