Plenty of these bars run Slayer Espresso 2 group and 3 group machines and lean on flow profiling, so they call when the needle valve drifts.

What we repair on the bench.

Needle valve rebuilds on busy machines. High-volume Berkeley shops wear the brew needle valve faster. We rebuild the valve and actuator on a 2 group or 3 group so every head profiles the same.
Group seals and gaskets. Back-to-back service kills group seals. We replace seals and portafilter gaskets so a multi-group Slayer locks up and stops leaking under load.
Control boards. When a group goes dark or temperature readings drop out, we diagnose the control board, then repair or source a replacement through Slayer.
Descaling and filtration on hard lines. Berkeley's water scales these machines hard. We descale the boiler and lines and set up proper filtration so the valves and element last.
