A Slayer in a campus-adjacent cafe pulls hundreds of shots a day, and the flow profiling that draws the line is the first thing to slip when the needle valve fouls. We service Slayer Espresso, Single Group, and Steam machines independently, with parts sourced through Slayer.

From San Ramon it's about 50 minutes down 680 to reach Santa Clara. We cover 95050, 95051, and 95054. Valley water is hard, and high pull volume plus scale is a fast track to a clogged valve or a scaled boiler, so descaling and filtration are part of every visit.

What we repair on the bench.

Brew needle valve and actuator. High shot counts and hard water clog the needle valve quickly. We clean the seat, clear scale, and free the actuator so profiling holds through a busy day.
Pump and pressure. A heavy-volume Slayer wears its pump faster. When pressure sags mid-rush we test output and replace the pump if it's off spec.
Boiler element and probe. Scale on the element and probe throws boiler temp out. We descale, test the probe, and swap the element when it reads open.
Control board and wiring. A failing board throws bad readings or drops a group. We diagnose the board and connectors and source a replacement through Slayer when the board is the fault.
